How much is the rent?
The rent depends on which unit you want and the market conditions at the time of moving in. You can check out our listings and virtual tours on the main page to see pricing of any currently available units.

What does my rent include?
It includes refuse removal for all apartments. It includes hot water for all floor plans except the Virginia Pine and Dogwood. Other utilities must be paid for by you.

Do you require a security deposit?
We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

How much do I need to pay before moving in?
We require the first month’s rent and security deposit to be paid before you take possession of the unit.

Will I get my security deposit back when I move out?
As long as you have paid all of your rent, and you leave the unit clean and undamaged, you will get your security deposit back, with interest.

I want to live at Mountain View Apartments. How do I get an Apartment there?
We have an application procedure which includes a credit check and screening process. Read about this application process here.

I do not have perfect credit. Can I still apply to live here?
Absolutely! No one has perfect credit. If you have any concerns about what your background check will reveal you can discuss it with our leasing agents before the process begins so there are no surprises.

How long is my lease for?
We do not have long term leases. They are on a month to month basis. This means you can move out once you give us thirty (30) days notice.

How many people can live in one apartment?
You may have up to four (4) people in your apartment.

What school district is Mountain View Apartments in?
The Mountain View Apartment complex is in the Brewster School District.

How are the apartments managed?
We have a manager on staff who is responsible for running the day to day business of the apartments.  This is the only rental complex he manages. It is not a manager or management company that has to deal with hundreds of apartments or a dozen complexes. This means you get better attention when you need maintenance or help.
